📦 Delivery time & shipping process
Our products are ordered daily directly from the manufacturer Chogan (Italy) . After shipment from Chogan, they are delivered to our warehouse in Germany. We then prepare the shipment for you.
- Delivery time: 10–14 working days (depending on stock and shipping volume).
- Processing & Shipping: Shipping takes place within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
- Note: Delivery times may be extended on holidays or due to supplier delays. In this case, we will notify you via email.
