Aqua, caprylic/capric triglyceride, glycerin, cetearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate citrate, cetyl alcohol, butyrospermum parkii butter,helianthus annuus seed oil, menthol, cetearyl glucoside, prunus amygdalus dulcis oil, chamomilla recutita flower extract, calendulaofficinalis flower extract, rosmarinus officinalis leaf extract, betula alba leaf extract, tocopherol, hydroxyethylcellulose, cellulose,isopropyl alcohol, ethylhexylglycerin, phenoxyethanol, tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate,benzyl alcohol, sodium Pca, parfum, sodium hydroxide.

Apply every evening and massage in until the cream is completely absorbed. Wear cotton socks overnight to help the cream absorb better. Do not apply to open wounds such as cracked heels or inflamed calluses.
